February Meeting

Hi NH CPCU’s,
Please join us for a session providing an overview of Stock Throughput (STP) and how it streamlines insurance coverage across the entire supply chain. We’ll walk through the key elements of marine cargo insurance, current global supply‑chain challenges, and how STP delivers seamless, end‑to‑end protection for goods in transit and storage.
During this meeting, we will cover:
- What marine cargo insurance includes and where standard transit coverage can fall short.
- How evolving supply‑chain complexities and risks impact coverage needs.
- The advantages of an STP solution—such as eliminating coverage gaps, simplifying administration, and providing broader, flexible capacity
- Key considerations when integrating STP with existing property programs.
- Information required to evaluate STP placement, including transit data, storage details, valuations, and loss history.
This session will help ensure we have a clear understanding of the STP structure, its benefits, and requirements as we evaluate next steps.
Looking forward to the discussion.

March Meeting

NH’s Big I, facilitated by Cara Scala, is offering a comprehensive 3‑hour ethics session designed to help insurance professionals better recognize, evaluate, and resolve ethical dilemmas in their daily work. This engaging program emphasizes practical application through discussion‑based case studies drawn from real‑world scenarios within the insurance industry. Participants will explore how ethical choices impact policyholders, colleagues, and organizations, while gaining tools to confidently navigate uncertainty and make sound, principled decisions. The session will cover how ethical behavior intersects with the insurance field, how to identify the moral issues and stakeholders involved in a dilemma, and multiple frameworks for analyzing decisions—including evaluating facts, legal considerations, and distinguishing between right‑vs‑wrong and right‑vs‑right scenarios. Attendees will also learn best practices for ensuring fair, professional, and compliant decision‑making and will apply these models through several case studies. NH’s Big I anticipates hosting the session via Zoom, with flexibility to shift to an in‑person format should there be enough interest. Registration materials will allow participants to indicate their attendance preference.
